Payment

We are an out-of-network provider that accepts self-pay only. You may be able to request reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please contact your provider for details. The Hope Lab will provide a receipt for services at your request.

We accept cash, checks, PayPal and Venmo. Credit cards are excepted (add $5 processing fee) through Square. Payment is expected at time of service.
